today's fitness trng was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E.
omg. my body felt so heavy & my legs felt so wobbly jelly.
i was trying sooooo hard to keep up.
but gosh. my body failed me -.-
i was giving all i've got, thinking i was running quite fast,
but nooooo, i was totally wrong?
body couldnt keep up with the mind. -.-
lack of sleep really kills.
and kns. my calf cramped up at the last part. JOY.
best thing:
there was ice bath after fitness.
and i happy happy thought dont have.
so nvr bring anything to change.
so i thought dont sit in, just kneel.
but awesome huimui showered my shorts.
my face totally-!!_!!

so my nice daddy (:D) had to come pick me up cos i didnt wanna go dripping in the bus.
oh.finally the netball board is up.
finally its decent looking. :D
there's actually decoration now.
FINALLY. after A YEAR.
i can now look at board and not look away when i pass the CCA notice boards. HA.
