totally.
i have no time to update abt life and ppl's birthdays this week & last.
so quick one this time.
didnt even bother to look for more pictures on them.
too tired while typing this.
crazy first week of 4 straight days trng a week.
Mon-Thurs.
nvm that it's 4days straight,
ive nvr ran this much b4....
every trng intense running. non-stop.
so bloody tiring!!!
MON: was like individual trng session,
damn sad that defenders were made to run like mad.
TUES: played against Nike swoosh, played 4 qrts of WD,
totally died.
chasing after the GA was horrendously tiring.
after 2nd qrt, my mind just went blank.
too tired.
in the end still lost, WHATEVER MANN. -.-
WED: coaches went crazy
& suddenly felt like torturing us was a good idea.
sucides, sucides more suicides. SIGH.
only thing that kept me going was that i know i need to have that stamina to help me play WD -.-
THURS: im so glad its not intesive.
wld have collapsed or smth. haha.
but i was freaking tired.
i just didnt wanna talk to anyone.
get trng over and done with.
SO GLAD FRIDAY IS MY REST DAY!!!
no trng!!! my body can really take a complete rest.
